Very good video! Any suggestion(s) for getting brick out if they are locked in tightly with paver sealant. Sealed the Lanai 2 yrs ago with Super Seal 30 (great product). I think for ease of excavation it would be easier to use the flat wide-edge of a pick axe versus a small to mid-sized pry bar w/hammer. Basically using the long shaft of the pick axe for extra lifting leverage. Thoughts? Thanks, RA

Any advice on the product you used IE what sand to use for the different layers? Is the bottom layer just normal sand? I did see the bag you used for the cracks, wondering what products you recommend for the under layers? Thank you!

Great video, but please never pry with a screwdriver. They are too brittle and if they shatter the flying chip of steel could injure or blind you. Small prybars are available everywhere that sells quality tools.

How come you used sand to fill the gaps instead of joint sand?

Are you sure you don't mean 3 inches deep from the top of the edge to stay 1/4 proud?
