I found it very tricky to centralise the screw but finally prevailed.

for me I can't reach the white screw that holds the cable with the black part to tighten because it does not come out of the hole.

It doesnt need to come out of the hole because the black screw can go a bit inside the black cup. That said it will be trickier to reach the white screw inside the cup.

@@noahf6207And you should be able to reach the white screw since you could put it closer to the hole in the black cup.

I used an extra hook. The plaster on my ceiling is very thick and one hook just wasn't long enough. Luckily I had some spare hooks from my previous house.

Hi, I am from Finland and here we can find it in any construction shop like K-rauta, puuilo…. Try to check and shop who is selling materials for repairing.

What's this kind of rose fitting called. Had an external plug ?

@@aroundcottageinout6386 You plugged your live and natural from light in to a separate plug that you attached at the end. Normally you have to strip wires and run them from the rose to the fitting. Your one was almost like a plug and play. What kind of rose it that(with the plug) ?

It is not possible to open, you need to cut wires.

You just pull it and put a hock on needed level.. there is plastic stopper included.

0:12 seconds in…where did you get that ceiling hook? We just bought this light from IKEA and that wasn’t included in the box. Can’t find any mention of this on the IKEA website.

We bought it in construction shop. Check in your area shop were they selling everything for home.
