I agree we won't be rejoining for at least 30 years but it was stupid to leave and it's stupid not to rejoin.. But I do understand Brexits.. Voluntarily being part of a super national group with common standards on things like car parts and food was an afront to their dignity as free proud Brits... Being a voluntary member of super national organisations like Nato, where, to mutal advantage, we place our troops under the command of foreign Generals isn't the same because......America is also a member! Once Trump withdraws from Nato, watch Brexits call for leaving it too...😮 They want to leave the ECHR.. Howabt leaving Eurovision too?

Our taxes were being stolen by the hundreds by our Councilors that as gone on for a century Then our Government opened off shore bank accounts and theived off us by the thousands. Then you EU idiots put us on the payroll for the ELITE in the EU with all their off shore bank accounts they stole of us by the millions if not billions . The frightening thing is that Starmer does not have to promise the electorate anything, to get into power. His main opposition have been so bad and so incompetent, when in power, that they have gifted Labour a victory. The really, really, frightening thing is that the Tories used to be the party of financial competence while Labour were the reckless spenders. I'm seriously worried how bad the economy is going to become under Starmer, considering how bad their starting point is going to be.

If the country was under Labour throughout the pandemic, lockdown etc, they would have done absolutely badly; much worse than the Conservatives. Starmer does not explain where he’s going to get the funding for all the changes he promises. Also it is always easy to be the opposition party standing back, looking in and criticising and condemning every action by the ruling party

So when they raise Capital Gains Tax, making it unaffordable for first house owners to sell and upgrade, taking millions of potential first homes off the market, and social housing is all taken by the boat crossers, how much land do you think will need to be further consumed by our ever expanding urban sprawl? How many towns will lose their greenbelts? Maybe... and here's a radical idea.... rather than scrap planning conditions and make house building a free for all, we address the causes of the housing demand. Starmer doesn't want to talk about that though does he.
