+dilanka he brought a different perspective in my life and helped me be the best me possible. I'm a lot happier the way I am now . nothing affects me. I'm better with women and I'm a stronger man for them . breaking barriers between people. accepting peoples minds without judging them for things you disagree on. being racial with eachother and not being another offended generation dickhole.

I think if patrice stayed alive for a couple more years he would've blown up bigger than anyone else out there because of the popularity of podcasting. I always wanted to be completely honest with myself and other people, but I was too scared that people wouldn't accept me or whatever. Patrice O'Neal gave me permission to be that guy, to be righteous like him. I'm slowly starting to see the rewards: People respect me, girls want my attention now because of my honesty, I don't care what people think about me, and guess what? I've never been happier in my life. Thank you Patrice O'Neal, Rest in Peace.

In a world where everyone is trying to say something that appeals to other people's ears, so they can get some fake applause. Then you have Patrice who just said everything from the heart, rightly or wrongly, he said what he was going to say, regardless. Honesty is what people miss these days and he had it in abundance. A very much missed human being, comedian and all round good guy.

When you start to be as righteous and honest as Patrice, your life changes. You feel open and free to be who you want. It's not about stepping on everyone's toes, but more not letting everyone else step on yours. When he talked about how people respond to your dreams - he was right, most people don't care. Be lonely if you have to, but be righteous and be free.

It cannot be understated the difficulty, to live righteously when you've been brought up in our society. For the better part of a decade, I've put in so much word and effort trying to live up to the standard of righteousness that Patrice made example. It's stressful. It's hard. You make enemies, you make friends, you lose friends. You constantly are introspective, constantly questioning your belief system. You sleep better at night though.

I first heard of Patrice watching "Elephant in the Room" after breaking up from one of my frist serious relationship. few weeks later he was doing the Roast of Charlie, and then weeks later he was gone. This man was a genius, his knowledge and views on the world was something I needed and will continue to look back on. Thank you Patrice, and the comedy community for keeping this man relevant.

Patrice changed my life honestly. It started with my views on relationships and female nature WELL before the manosphere and red pill became well known. I just thought it was some funny but ill and true shit. Helped me come to terms with my failing marriage. I didn't realize how accurate the statement "I speak fluent dude" was from him until many years later and how much he changed my view point. As time went on I realized we shared a lot in common on life goals. He just wanted to keep his modest but convenient life in place and didn't want to have to lie and put up appearances to do so. To live righteously by being true to your inner self and nature. RIP Patrice. Love you brother.

We LOVE you Patrice! I can 💯 say I was in a terrible time in my life. I was working graveyard and would listen to this college station that would play 2 hours of stand up every night at 1am. Patrice voice was VERY distinguished and his topics were so...🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤦🏼‍♂️ I vowed to find this guy and to see his performance. Later that same year he had passed and I had found out at the end of my shift. I was on my last route driving when I started to cry HARD. I was pissed too. It didn't seem fair. Since then I have sought after any and every interview, only because of how informative he was/is. Thank you again Patrice, and love you! You helped me see things at different angles with special lenses. Anyone who reads things- love you too. One life, one love.

Patrice transcends the idea of the "stand-up comic". Don't get me wrong, he's one of the best stand up comics of all time. But he's more than just that in a way that is very rare. He's a sociologist and philosopher of the people, and I think you can just sense the depth of his soul from listening to him talk about shit. That sounds corny but I really mean it, he's one of the biggest intellectual and artistic influence in my life. There is a mental acumen involved in being able to say as much profound shit in laymen's terms as he did. RIP.
