सर 15 दिन से आपकी बताई हुई एक्सरसाइज कर रहा हु और आपकी बथाइ हुई ओमेगा 3 टैबलैट चिया सिङ और पांच अखरोट और दस बादाम भिगौके खा रहा हु । घुटनौ मे कटकट कि आवाज भि कम होगइ दर्द भि 80 %कम होगया और घूटना मुङने भि लगा ।बहुत बहुत धन्यवाद

Docter saheb thanks very much mai apke video se abhi 15 din pahle hi Judi hu mujhe bhi abhi kuch din phle hi pata chala k mujhe osteoarthritis ho gaya hai.maine apke video dekh kar excercise suru ki hai.mera ghutna jo mudna band ho raha tha wo ruk gya aur mudne b laga hai.dard mai b 50 percent fayda hua hai.abhi maine homeopathy dawa ka hi istemal kar rahi hu.mai jyada faltu k injection se bachna chahti hu abhi meri age b 40 hai isliye gap ko puri tarah se khatam kar k jodo m jo fluid khatam ho gya hai.use badhane ka confirm upaye btaye.fish capsule k alawa ek aur capsule apne btaya hai but wo safe hai ye confirm kar dijiye

Thank you very much for sharing all these precious knee pain solutions🙏 I request you to guide me with solution for a small 6 year old kid’s knee pains. My daughter gets knee pain every 1 week and we don’t know any reason. All X-rays and blood test reports are normal. Doctor says only MRI is last way to check the reason for knee pains? Please guide us with your knowledge. Hindi or English any language is fine. Thanks a lot

You must have to find out the reason first because it's not possibility of any osteoarthritis in age of six years.you should done MRI for diagnosis of knee pain. These exercises and home remedy only for adult osteoarthritis. I am very very sorry to say you should consult to a best orthopedic surgeon for best treatment. Thanks and regards 🙏🙏

Hi mera gread 1. osteoarthritis hai 38 year no bp , no suger ...just 3 month hua hai pain ko. start hue..abhi calcium+ glucosamine+ collagen+ vitamin d3 liya hai ...really cartilage ban sakta hai ... Dr. Bole hai allopaty ki cartilage ko maintain rakho but fir se nahi banegi ...but ban sakti ho to it's good...but really recover ho jayegi

सर नमस्कार मेरा घुटना मोड़ ने पर बहुत दर्द होता है एवं चलते समय काफी दर्द होता है मगर बैठ जाते ही पूरा दर्द गायब हो जाता है। चलते समय मेरा दर्द वाले पैर साइड झुक कर चलता हूं। एक्स-रे में घुटना का हड्डी मिला है अभी हाल ही में आपका विडियो को देखकर पैर में तीन किलो वजन लटका कर योग कर रहा हूं सर उचित मार्गदर्शन देवें

Mukesh ji Namaskar 🙏🏻. Nice video banaya hai. Meri kuch queries hain ,please solve karein.(1) kya chia seeds ki tarah flax seeds ko soak kar ke khana hai ya dry roast kar ke khana hai ? (2) in seeds ki dosage kitni honi chahiye aur yeh kub lein- morning mein empty stomach ya breakfast ke saath ya pehle ? (3) Aapne olive oil se massage batayee hai. Please tell ki massage karne ka direction kya ho - from knee to toe ya phir toe to knee? Yeh mein isliye pooch rahi hoon kyonki aaj he maine ek video dekha jismein unhon ne from up to down bataya hai, jub ki mujhe lagta hai ki from down to up hona chahiye. I am confused. Secondly ,u noted my comment yesterday in which I asked u to make a video to give strength my shoulders as there is severe degeneration. Due to this I have pain n sometimes unable to do my personal routine work bcs I have no strength. Pains start with the work. Sorry for too much detail but I m a sufferer n nobody tells about shoulder pain(Not frozen shoulder but too much degeneration) I always wait for someone who will tell me about cure. Humbly thanks N Waiting for ur video.
