It doesn’t kill… Unless you’re standing right next to the bugs, get electrified, decide to push farther into the horde, and get direct impacted by the mortar round like a dolt. (Yes I watched a teammate do that)

arc thrower main here, I got a 150 kill-combo one time on diff 8, my hands were shaking, mousepad covered in sweat, and arms swore for 13 samples and half the mission done

3:32 Oh hey, that's me wearing the Light Gunner armour. It has the speed and stamina regen inherent to light armour, while having the protection rating of medium armour. My go-to for any mission against bugs. Use Stamina Enhancement boost for fantastic results.

dude i use the balstic shield sometimes, its actually good with the smg primary, and the machine pistol secondary agaisnt bots. as it stops the meelee bots form getting ya, and reduces the damage form the gunner bots. not blast proof tho

I enjoyed it alot but the item pickup bug with the ballistic shield makes me go crazy. If you don’t know when you pick up item with the balistic shield equip and a 1 handed weapon you’re character just start t-posting

Ballistic Shield would be cool if it was like on a robot arm attached to the backpack so you could use two handed weapons with it. Still limited by the fact it only blocks what's coming directly at you but not so limiting as to make you question its purpose versus the hands free EN Shield.

I'm in the exact same boat. I'm cool with it staying one handed but wish it got buffed to keep up with the EN shield. Maybe adjust the EN for primarily explosive defense or give the ballistic more consistent defense? At this point I really just use it because it's fun/looks cool

Yup - you can find Super Credits in missions and trade medals for them from the basic War Bond tiers as well - once you have 1,000 you can use them to unlock a Premium War Bond.

Only ever use the Tesla tower when you’re playing with your friends and you know you aren’t gonna go in a certain direction, and even then use it sparingly, that thing has insane range

I've used the ballistic shield many times. Sutr I picked it in error. But it does provide back protection when running away from a hoard of automaton.
