Omg I’m sorry you’re experiencing itchiness already! My loctician applied a lightweight oil to my scalp right after the install and gave me some to use as needed. I didn’t spray it with anything at first because she told me not to lol but water should be suffice

Are your locs down right now or braided up? I notice I feel a lot of itchiness when it’s braided in an updo (because of the tension), but I’m fine otherwise.

You’re welcome! Yes, she is and I ask her all the questions lol I hope letting them breathe helps!! If not, I’d recommend a small amount of light oil on your finger tips to massage the scalp.

Thank you! It took about a month to fill in. Immediately after the first few reties, the scalp would show again but a couple weeks post-retie, it would be back to a full look. Having updos also hid the scalpy look so I’d recommend that for early stages if there’s any concern 🤗
