Hello, I'm Joconde.
This time, I have collected various sauces made from fruits and berries that have been used in cakes I have made.
It can be used for mousse cake, whipped cream cake, cheesecake and layer cake filling. Since there is a high possibility that it will reappear in future videos, I think it will be used as a reference video.
Please refer to the ingredients for each sauce below.
In the original video, gelatin was used in curd or cream to make mousse cake, but in this video, the gelatin part was removed and edited.
