Few golden rules during any asana as per yoga sasthra 1) Focus 100% of the time only in BMS = Body mind synchronised 1.1 BMS Breath Movement Synchronised 2) always any movement away from the body BREATH IN and towards the body Breath out 3) all standing asanas your eyes must be opened and all sitting asanas eyes must be closed including pranayama except when you are moving your neck you must keep your eyes open 4) Face North as a direction as a first priority or else east as a second 5) THE STOMACH MUST BE EMPTY ALWAYS WHEN YOU WANT TO DO YOGA

using a young fit person to demonstrate the asanas is a guide to how they should be correctly done, and something to aspire to; for older less flexible people we have a good example in front of us. the verbal explanations and clear and to the point. this is an excellent guide for a daily workout. thank you doctor

Wonderfully wonderful Explained in simple words & to the point direction..Ihad joined Institute in Dec.1986 ..at present running 70 age,doing stretching exercises & sarpasan-sasankasana done with ardhmatyasan ..Naadishodhan Pranayam helps...You have maintained Youthfulness with increasing Age,is noteworthy..Very Good presentation

Only recently i have really felt in my body the importance of stretching, focusing my mind as you said on parts of the body upwards and then downwards, I couldn't understand and feel it before for a number of years.
