Upgraded to a kicker cxa1200.1 and these things shattered my box...had to re build and reinforce it. They definitely can do 750 rms

Chris Johnson man I have the skar vd 10’s in my Ram with this same box. It sounds like crap now. I’ve been through 3 boxes. Nothing holds up! How did you solve your box issues?

No I have 2 skar vd-10 under my seat on a skar 1200 watt amp wired to 1 ohm you can probably get a 2000 watt amp without problems unless you have a small car

Is this a quad cab? With the really small box under the seat? I'm doing an exact setup like this same subs and amp and I just stumbled across this video. What cubic ft box are you using and did it require and trimming or moss to fit the sub?

Crew can. Had to trim a little to fit the sub. You definitely wont be disappointed with this setup. Skar subs have impressed me.

@@SPNXGRAPHICS865 yeah I just did a single vd10 in my buddy's truck now I got everybody wanting one lol putting a vd12 with same amp you have in a friends 2009 1500 quad cab and I think its gonna rub... I'm not afraid to pull out the saw and grinder to make her fit though lol
