Loved it…Im a beginner and only started doing lunges last week…they are not bad but I cannot get up from them to save my life I just end up sitting on ice and standing again…what should I do to gain strength to stand back up from the lunge

You mentioned inserts for pronation. Do you also wear it inside the skating boots? Can you recommend brand that actually fits in the boots? Thank you!!

What one of the hockey coaches recommended me (do figure skating, but hockey coaches want me to try hockey, but have helped me with general skating stuff) is rocking my ankles out as much as I can and as often as I can, so while on the bus, or whilst driving ill rock my ankles out, and after I had been doing that a few months my ankles a) got stronger and b) whilst still pronating, pronation was a lot less intense
