Story time: When I was going to school ( as in before Corona) I always had a sketch book with me. This one day we had a free day were we were able to do anything we wanted because we had passed our exams, keep this in mind. I was sitting down with my boyfriend (at the time) and had my sketchbook with me. I was asked by a professor to go take an item to a lunch lady at the cafeteria. I did what I was told and left my sketchbook with my boyfriend (since I trusted him not to look through it). A few minutes later, I came back to a few boys (including my boyfriend) looking through my art, *without permission*. He was showing them my art, laughing. I had a few nsfw drawings, since I kinda wanted to learn anatomy since I really wasn’t familiar with it. They all saw it. All the 3-6 males on that table saw my art ( to be honest it wasn’t that good art), laughing and staring at it. The person I trusted showed my art to people without permission. When I tell you I cried, I cried. It was embarrassing and I had a few sketches of vent art too. He also would ask me to draw him 24/7 which made me uncomfortable, since I wasn’t good at drawing people. This is one of the worst things that happened to me. This is one of the reasons why I don’t post and show my art anymore, it’s rare that I do so nowadays. So please, if you are handed your friends sketchbook... don’t look through it. Please ask, if they say no please respect their privacy.:)
