I got 5 hours of sleep because my stressed out brain wouldn’t allow me any more. I have two major projects due this week and 3 hours of morning meetings I did not sign up for. Watching this video with my morning coffee was the most relaxing treat. Thank you so much for uploading

I like real time drawing video

Hello, I miss watching you draw. Your series on Inktober was probably my favorite video's to watch of yours. Simple line art and your unique style and beautiful lines, and the expressions and emotions you bring out in the viewer and on the paper of your work are inspiring. Where ever you live it reminds me of where I live here In Michigan in the USA. I love to get out a sketch pad and my pencils, and just doodle on days like you showed at the start of the video. Something about how peaceful, calm, and quiet, the gently falling snow the way it sticks to what ever it falls on, just makes me want to draw something, and try and capture what the day feels like to me inside myself, and my mind. My talent is a fraction of what you are capable of, but I can get a drawing on the paper at least. I am not wanting to put any stress on ya, or pressure to do another Inktober, it is just my jealous, selfish way, to get to watch you draw more often. Cheers from Michigan. I almost forgot ... YES, I love to watch anything you post for us to see. I blows my mind how effortless you make it look, to capture what is in your mind onto the paper. Going right in with ink .... maybe when I get to heaven, and have a billion years to practice, I will be able to perform that. Until then, it is pencil, kneaded eraser .. a few practice pages, and finally I get to ink over, and add my watercolor to the piece.

Your art is beautiful as always! I can relate to your struggle where I think my art is so bad that it doesn't inspire me anymore, but rest is essential to avoid burnout after all. I'm glad you took your time to rest and take care of yourself ❤️

Seeing that this piece took 15+ minutes, has genuinely changed my life. I, draw quick, ever since I saw this yesterday I cant get it out of my mind to take my time to draw, I have even re drawn things today when I wouldnt have before, just because I realize I should take longer, pace myself instead of quick work. My 2nd attempts are comping out muuuuch better. So thank you for changing how I art! :) This illustration is amazing also, her scarf is so beautiful

I just wanted to say that it's so understandable what you're going through, and all of us dont want you to feel pressured at all. I myself, not sure this relates lol, am diagnosed with depression. I started being really self deprecating towards my art. There are instances where in one week I feel excellent and for following weeks I'm back to feeling bad. So if for any reason you start feeling down again, just know that it's okay and we understand and will still be here for when you more-or-less feel like your original self again. :) Also, I really love this style of video, so I would be happy if you could make more of these especially if they are low pressure for you. 🤗🥰💕💕💕💕💕

I think we all struggle with this, feeling like you have to come back always stronger, please don't let this get to you because even these sketches are amazing, and when you do what you enjoy you'll always naturally find an audience that enjoys that content rather than forcing it.

I just wanted to let you know how much your art has helped me find confidence in my lines. I usually scribble and draw lines over and over again and I end up erasing lots of times,,,, lately I have been drawing lines with one continuous stroke and its making me really happy with how simple they are while making beautiful shapes which i think i got from looking at your art. I know the struggle of feeling stagnant but idk if this would help but I spend some time looking at my old sketchbooks and comparing it to my art now and it just makes me so happy how far I ve come. Also, it rlly helps to look at my fave artists works (like you hsdhsdh) and just find what makes it so freaking beautiful and appreciate it. I'm so glad you got to post and Im really happy for you and youll get out of that rut

This is great! Definitely more of this in the future, it's very cozy and relaxing to watch. Also, it's refreshing with how honest you approach this video. Art is very emotionally and mentally draining if it doesn't go the way we want it to, so I'm glad you're at a point where you're comfortable sharing that with us and posting videos again. Hi, good to see you :) I'm happy you are well in this crazy times :) And yeah, I understand this pressure someone can put on themselves. For some time now I am trying to get back (after almost 10 years) to drawing and writing and if it comes to writing, event if I'd be the only person who would read it I still feel this huge pressure that it should just come out perfect. On intelectual level I do understand that it is impossible and I even created term "shannaresque" (from a fantasy TV show which was quite bad imo but I still enjoyed it) and I was trying to trick myself that I'm writing shannaresque so no pressure but it just doesn't work ;) I hope that your methods will work better and you will get back to drawing :) Your art (among few other artists) really resonates with me :) I really enjoy and appreciate your style :) Also, we live in tough times and I think that sometimes days when we don't end up with deep depression are succes and sometimes we do need to cry and go through hard emotions and just take care of ourselves :) Your stream or yt video or ig post are always a nice surprise :) But yeah, i guess it is hard to be public with your art with all those ig algorithms and people having the power to comment everything so if you need a break you need a break and that's all right :)

I finally had to convince myself that I'm in a growth spurt because e v e r y t h i n g I was painting or drawing ended up in the dark corners of my sketchbook. This was very relaxing to watch. This is the first video I've seen on your channel and I've never felt more seen. It's hard to feel good about your art, and it's easy to put pressure on yourself to upload things. Just have to believe in yourself and do things you want to do rather than feel like it needs to be big and bold or else it's useless. All art is appreciated.
