This is one of my all time favorite songs ! Skid Row was never the same without Sebastian Bach , I saw him on his own a few years back , in a big tent at a metal fest in the middle of the night and it was honestly one of the best live shows I've ever seen

The song Wasted Time is about a friend he. Lost to drugs and I believe his friend was in another band Skid Row is awesome. Sebastian can sing soooo good I seen them in. Concert opening for Bon Jovi. Back in the. 80s

This song was written about his good friend Steve Adler the original drummer of Guns n Roses who had a severe heroin addiction.. " the horse stampedes and rages" is a metaphor for the heroin.
