In this video we create an external CS:GO skin changer with C++ and Visual Studio. Skin changers work by looping through your active weapons and setting the m_iItemIDHigh offset to -1 which forces the weapon to use its fallback values. We can set these fallback values to whatever we want through writing to the offsets. When changes have been made we set the m_iDeltaTick variable in ClientState to -1 which triggers a full update of CS:GO which applies our skins.
