IMPORTANT NOTE: 2020 and later wide body chargers don't have fog lights, so this bumper does not provide a slot for fog lights. if you are installing this on a trim level that has factory fog lights you will not be able to install them on this bumper.

Thanks my man. I actually really like the wide body look, but there's no way I'm going to cut into the fenders, and everyone who did the widebody kits without cutting had problems with rubbing. I do too much back-road driving to mess with the drivability of the car, so this was the next best option. Totally agree with you on the upgradability - love that with these cars.

Thanks Sam. Yeah, none of the widebody charger models come with fog lights and I haven't found a kit that would let you retain your factory scat pack fog lights. Thanks! Evidently the bumper on the V6's and RT's DO have the missing parts that I described in this video. So you should be able to do the swap without purchasing any additional components, but you will have to remove those two missing parts from your factory bumper, including drilling out the rivets on the two mounting brackets on the outer edge of the bumper.

@@CTHellcat I'm still kinda caught up on the widebody kit cutting like you said. as I have airlift airbags. So its either that cutting or maybe getting the SHIROKAI kit and spending more lol.

Oh Snap! We just assumed that because the RT bumper looks so different, that it wouldn't share those same components with the newer style bumpers. Good to know though - now we can move forward without ordering any new parts. Thanks Bro!

Thanks! I found out after the fact that the RT front bumper DOES have the required pieces to be swapped over to the 2020 bumper, but you'll have to cut through rivets to get them off the RT. Are you thinking of getting the rear bumper also? If so, make sure you watch my video on the rear-bumper install. Biggest complaint I have with both bumpers is that you will NOT be able to find fitted ground effect add-ons for these bumpers, like a front splitter. The only options available are flat splitters, which require rods. I much prefer the fitted ones that hug the contours of the bumpers. Nobody makes them (including Vicrez). Pre-2020 options won't fit, and the post-2020 options are only made for widebody's.

Thanks! I also have the 2020 style rear bumper still to put on, and I had both of them painted at a local body shop for $1,100. The only difference with the stock rear bumper is that the air vents are slightly wider, but I mainly got it so I could put the stock hellcat bumper on the RT.

@@chucknostaw2819 Yeah the problem with upgrading the RT to the 2020 bumper is that you'll have to lose the fog lights. I haven't been able to find an insert that will accommodate fog lights for the 2020 lower side vents because none of the widebody models come with fogs from the factory. You should be able to take them off the factory bumper.

Fitment is good! I had to adjust the height a bit, but all in all no complaints.

@@anthonykasiba4071 I didn't have any problems with them, but this is a single part kit, so it's pretty hard to screw up. I've also heard some people complain about Vicrez, but it was primarily on the kits that include a lot of parts, like the full widebody kits.

This is something I'm still trying to figure out. My factory headlights use D3S Hid bulbs and the new headlight assembly only works with 9005 bulbs. I'm going to buy some 9005 bulbs and try to connect them to my RT which also uses d3s headlights and see what happens and I'll probably post a video about the results.

@@NOLJ I tried to swap the factory HID headlight assembly on my RT with a LED headlight assembly and it definitely won't work. The connector coming from the car is notched differently for the HID assembly, so it won't even plug into an LED assembly. Such a bummer!

The 2020 and later wide body chargers don't have fog lights, so this bumper doesn't have a slot for them. I installed this on a narrow body hellcat, so I didn't have factory fog lights to begin with. The strip LEDs I put on are just generic lights I found on eBay and are hooked up to a separate switch that I ran into the cockpit. So they are not controlled by the factory head light switch.

I gotcha! Yeah I see what you mean. I’m putting a WB on my car and I bought the same strip lights but I have the lights from lighting trendz (flow series) and trying to get them sink to them but having issue with it

@@Ap3tonaAJ Wouldn't you just connect them to a common bluetooth controller - So all of your flow series lights are controlled together? If you don't have enought ports on your controller, you can buy cable splitters to add more lights to a single controller.

@@CTHellcat well that’s what I did. I got them to turn on but trying to figure out why they not syncing with my other controllers. I got the wires connected but all it does when turn on the lights is flash orangish and go red

@@CTHellcat have you had to replace the fog lights since install? Also, on my current bumper I have SRT 392, can I use the splitter off the factory bumper or will I need a new one.

@@ambitious_tee2306 no, none of the fitted splitters will work on this bumper. That's my biggest disappointment with this bumper. You have to go with a completely flat splitter with rods.

@@CTHellcat I have a flat splitter I got from liquid vinyl and I wanted to make sure because it’s connected to the bumper tray at the bottom of the factory bumper. I also have rods connected to it too.

We didn't put rivets back in. We had to drill the factory rivets out, then we used screws in place of the rivets. I don't remember the exact size of the screws, but it's not that hard to figure out.

I know bro it's driving me crazy. The only splitters I've found are flat ones that need rods. I want a fitted one that matches the curves of the bumper and can't find it anywhere. If you find one please let me know.
