That hospital was insane. You need to get yourself an SMG to put on your hotbar. Can't go wrong with 2 automatics. Even having your assault rifle fully loaded as a backup.

I ended up having to change my depth of field settings because it was getting a little stupid with the distance away the zombies could smack you but you couldn't hit them from the same distance. It's nice to see you again....and my cat still runs to see Bob when he hears the squeaky toy. I made this comment early before I watched the whole video. TFP have put screamers into POIs now to scare the crap out of you but they don't work the same as screamers that come to you. They don't bring in more zombies.

Khaines I think has a mod to fix that zombie reach in the Darkness Falls overhaul mod. He's done some testing in A21 and it still needs some work. I'm glad the POI screamers are "sterile"!

The screamer in the Hospital was PART of the POI, TFP started putting them in the POI's in 21! She was in the little "observation room" in the bottom of the hospital. You had your back to her, Skippy, when she started searching for you. But yeah, she was IN THERE WAITING! TFP are sadistic! hehehe

I think infested clear missions have a “clear the infested area” text in the corner when you activate the quest, so I don’t think the tier 4 you did was an infested unfortunately
