I figured out why I love dubstep or trap, whatever you wanna call it. This type of music is very mentally stimulating. It completely stops any negative thoughts because just listening to it is distracting enough. It works so perfectly with my adult ADHD and many other mental illnesses. I am thankful for this.

That's why I play drums! Playing to trap and electronic music is like maximum stimulation, its great and I highly recommend it for others with attention issues. Give it a shot friend, its helped me immensely!

TheFlyingCrud Bro, I’m sure it’s perfect for drums, considering the beat and melodies that are laid in place. If I knew how to play the drums I’d definitely play EDM on the reg. Props bro 🙌 Ironically, I always listen to EDM whenever I play golf, with my ADHD. Considering the sport is stagnant until you make a move and you’ve got a million swing thoughts going through your head, it really helps me tune all that noise out. LOL Mr. Meseeks wasn’t lying about golf 😂
