skyBeacon Transponder Threshold Adjustment

Demonstrates the process of adjusting the skyBeacon transponder monitor threshold. The adjustment is only required if the correct transponder squawk is not populating the monitor field of the skyBeacon. This process can also help resolve Mode 3A failures on PAPR reports.
