The best advice is walking away & going silent. I've given my brother numerous times to stop the emotional mental abuse towards me. He say he can treat me like this & I told him he can't & you are worse than Mother Dearest. It's been over a month of total quietness and I can't have this in my life again. I'm free!

I knew there was something off with my ex gf of 9yrs around year 1. BUT i never wanted to believe that she was a bad person. It took me until year 5 to finally figure her out. She is bpd/npd. And i still didnt want to believe she was no good so i tried to save her. Boy was i wrong. No helping or saving them.

I just watched you on the Chris Voss clip on this, and I felt so validated of the CPTSD aspect of shutting down into cognitive dysfunction . Recently did this workers comp deposition and I knew something was off whole time, this defense lawyer clipping me off and shifting questions because of me taking too long, then at one point she blatantly cut me off correcting of date of my own life, overruling me in such a berating, authoritarian tone…I shut down . Like I didn’t realize how bad it was/her behavior was until I just got transcripts and look like I’m avoiding answering the truth on page, …and every time I paused I knew something was off with her statements. My lawyer NEVER stepped in because she literally wasn’t paying attention because it was a zoom. I now have 15 pages of corrections on the Errata. I’m so upset. My credibility for my claims is shot. From the lawyer erratic behavior and my CPTSD.

My ex husband is quite frankly evil, and expert manipulater, he has parental alienated my son, hi jacked all memories and replaced with ones he made up. I haven't seen my son in 13 years! Of course I couldn't afford to keep taking him to court. So my question to you, have you ever sued a narrcisst in civil court. He has money, and as far as I'm concerned the abuse is still happening even if my son is 24. He had no chance to be normal at all! Can you sue these asshole s?

Super ill i am, dood poisoned me again, feels just like the other two times, and who knows how many actual attempts ,, ive gotta pay better attentiion, hes acting like it too,, i mentioned earlier (car ride to job)i was gonna puke , cold sweats etc., So that just confirmed he got me,, he likes seeing me in pain, he seemed oddly satisfied, for as short lived as it was,, but it also means hevis stuck where he is at, and it is all he can do, i need a plan stan

I have to bring justice to the sick network and the covert narcissistic black widow who has been interfereing in my connections and accounts hacking, privacy violations that is why it is not acceptable for the people to get away. The situation is going to open up a can of worms. Melissa UK London
