Hi - had same problem with power door being locked shut, fixed with new door lock actuator ($17 from Amazon). But after, I had your second problem of door handle and manual button not working. Futzed around with it and it seems that the grey foam piece that is in there needs to be in the correct position, as it seems to create tension on the 2 cables running to the outside door handle and the inside manual door button. The cables seemed a bit loose before I put the foam in, but after I put it in, they operate as normal! Hope this helps!
