I bought these sandwich thins when they first came out and hated them, couldn't imagine a use for them but this changed my mind. It's a clever idea to use them as pastry, I might try these.

made theses for dinner tonight. I loved them!

I've made these and they are fab. I have made apple ones with eating apples and sweetener. I used half a thin so they were triangular shaped. so 1 heb if on EE and 2 syns for all the stewed apple. I then sprinkled them with sweetener while they were still hot. They were yummy. x

Just searched Slimming world recipes and this came up. They are currently in the oven and the gravy is reducing down. I'm also having mine with baby corn and sugar snap peas. It smells amazing, plus so easy after a long day at work! Thanks for putting this recipe up! even if it this is a year late! 😂

Has anyone tried freezing this little treasures. Want to make them when I have time the weekend but wont want to use them for lunch till almost a week later. Wont have time to do the night before.

I made these the other day and they were absolutely awful lol . I don't know what I did. Maybe to much eggy wash.

My lovely, i'm Cornish born and bred, and can i just PLEASE point out, that there is NO carrot in a Cornish pasty, it is.. onion, turnip(swede to some) potato and rump or stewing beef, plus rough puff pastry, that is plain flour, and 1/2, 1/2 fats, so if you have 8 oz plain flour, you have 2oz butter, 2oz lard... now that i'm advocating that, i'm just saying, carrot, is blasphemy. There is a huge, cultural difference between a pasty and a bake, you're grand i love ya! just wanted to clarify, no offense meant ;)

I would cook this dish , but seriously not use tinned meat.
