Well generally mages love immobile targets, since they're usually balanced around hitting really hard but having to stick their necks out to do it, so i wouldn't say she stands out TOO much in that regard. Her ultimate hits very, VERY hard, but so do most mage ultimates which all benefit the same amount when used on immobile targets. In general she's weaker into heavy burst and rushdown gods who don't rely on knockups. So, most ADCs if they can get in range to basic attack her can usually outtrade her, especially right now with the crazy crit build, and while forcing Aegis is easy as Baba, her main 3 abilities are VERY easy to aegis so you can ignore that damage as the adc and annihilate her. Assassins like Pele, Nemesis, Bakasura, Ao, Mercury, and so on are also good for a similar reason, if they get in range, she just can't pump out damage fast enough and usually dies to them, although her damage might be enough to make it a 1 for 1. As for tanks it's again a give and take. Like i mentioned gods like Gilgamesh, Arthur, Chaac, Shiva, Atlas, Bacchus, Xing, these knockup based dive gods don't really bother her. But get her against Terra, Ares, Athena, Ganesha, they can all shut her down insanely hard, almost always forcing her ultimate. Then more solo lane oriented gods like Bellona, Ama, Osiris, Guan, they can all easily force her dash like the rest of them but continue diving after she ults and kill her in her ultimate with no trouble. And even though Achilles has trouble chasing her and probably won't catch her dash with his stun i have killed many a Baba in her ultimate with the execute. So, in short, she's definitely a god where you want to play out matchups in your head with before you pick her in a draft, and you never want to pick her too early.
