Raw cocao may have more than dark chocolate although it depends on the processing. Dutch processing is worse than the traditional. Its like with black tea - orthodox have more flavanoids (in fact quite a lot) than the CTC sort

I dont agree with her when she says that dark chocolate has high antioxidants is not true. Because I read a lot of times that milk chocolate is not good for antioxidants because they bind and get wasted.

+Fguramafia Dark chocolate and milk chocolate are very different. Dark chocolate definitely is high in antioxidants, milk chocolate has not only less antioxidants but also a lot of sugar. I eat 88% dark chocolate all the time precisely because it is low in sugar.

Fguramafia You are an idiot. Milk chocolate and dark chocolate is two totally different things. Dark chocolate has the highest antioxidants and magnesium of any food.
