There are so many cooking channels on here and it's hard to tell who has cooking the way you'd like it, or food you'd like. But I stumbled across this channel one day, looking for crockpot recipes and found one for a Cajun alfredo chicken. Made it the way AB said to do it, and everyone loved it. It's become a comfort food for my family. The flavor is amazing. So once I found that out, I started watching more and more of your videos and they have never let me down!

Rather than the spray which is really bad for your guts, try filling a spray bottle with 100% pure avacado or even coconut oil and spray that. These oils won't add flavor or inflammation in your guts you don't need. Happy frying. Love your fryer where did you get it?

or just the good olive oil/avocado spray without propellants

@@nmpoy Olive oil becomes toxic when it is heated at a certain temperature. I believe it is 200 degrees. Avocado oil becomes toxic over the temperatures of 400 or 450 which is why avocado oil is best to use for frying. Grap seed oil becomes toxic over 300 or 350 degrees I believe which makes it the second-best frying oil.

I LOVE the naked wings, especially because there is no flour/cornstarch needed to make them. The "focused" heat in the air fryer results in wings that are crispier, and have more browning on the skin, than you could ever get if you baked them in an oven.

I love marinating my wings in avocado or olive oil with the McCormack’s Mesquite seasoning packet or a combination of paprika, pepper, garlic & onion powder & a little sea salt! Put an air fryer cover in pan for easy clean up and bake in air fryer at 400 degrees for 15-17 minutes (depending on air fryer brand). Can eat crispy or toss in your favorite bbq sauce! Thanks AB for your recipe & technique! 😊❤️

The key to not being disappointed in the air fryer is realizing that while we associate the delicious taste of fried food with the fact that it's crispy, it's also delicious because the exterior is fried in oil. Spraying the food generously with a non inflammatory oil, like avocado oil, dramatically improves the result.
