Amazing attention to Details & valve Job looks great ....I like to finger plug Check the vacuum generator Max Gauge reading Before pumping the valve Seat.....Also, Stopping Pump & Timing the leak--up vac Hold seems to measure the Seal quality better....

Would seem that additional pre-set tool holders would save considerable time, add continuity, if doing the same heads repeatedly.

How thick does the seat have to be? so that the cutting blade does a good job, since I installed hundreds in 4-cylinder heads, these are very thin and I can't mark the last angle of the 5 angle blade. Excuse my English, use a translator

Measuring the Finished valve Height After the valve Job work Seems kinda Late in the Process....Wouldn't measuring (and Correcting) Each Installed seat ring Height 1st Before Cutting valve Seats be Simpler to Avoid having to Recut any High valve Seats ??

Is it copper nickel for exhaust and brass bronze for intake? I'm interested in material type.

Steve would have to tell you for sure, but yes, our assumption is that he's using beryllium copper intake seats and copper nickel exhaust seats.

Why the different color valve seats?

The intake and exhaust seats are slightly different materials, so they have a different color.
