I just recently discovered snake eater during the beginning of the lockdowns, and holy shit am I glad I did. My favorite game of all time, beating Oot. Hard choice but snake eater was just the perfect game

The original release aged kinda poorly tho Im glad i had the 3ds version, ignoring the poor framerate it has a lot of live improvements changes But even with that, the game is still pretty fucking good to today standarts

Everyone is so excited about Snake Eater and MGS main theme at the end and sure, they were amazing, simply phenomenal. But that cover of Metal Gear Saga at the beginning also gave me chills.

What I love about this video, and what keeps me coming back, are the chaff grenades at the end. Homey runs through it, then creeps back with style. Just like me and Snake... Back in 98! Seriously, this is one of the greatest songs ever written, performed by one of the greatest bands ever formed. This is what happens when an unmovable object gets hit by an unstoppable force. Ten out of three stars!

I live 20 minutes from where BGS 2019 happened and lost it because of the expensive ticket price. Think of a person who regret for the rest of his life. Everyone from the band is really amazing and talented, but the bass player ( that persona bass performance, my god) and dave, my gooooooooooooooooood. What a voice, what a performance. I can feel his passion for the song. In my first time watching this, as soon the drums starts in 4:18 I started to cry. Really love MGS3 OST and this musicians did the best presentation of that song that I’ve ever seen / heard. Thank you so much and come back to Brazil as soon this covid bullshit ends. And please, play again MGS3 OST and Persona 5 songs.
