been hearing a lot about the maxion lights lately gonna have to give em a try, thanks for sharing.

I’m a fleet mechanic and my maxxeon has been beat on all year and been dropped a handful of times. After a full year with this light still works great with only a small crack in the housing. Overall I love it but I knew the plastic would crack eventually

I have the Maxxeon light, for about a year. I am just a DIY so it not been treated roughly. It has worked in a light rain, hot and cold weather, also under cabinets on a small tripod. So i will recomennd it.

I purchased a couple of the "cyclops" Maxxeon lights per your recommendation (Amazon) ; they are excellent and unlike the snap-on, they rotate in either direction. Thank you!

Astro has a good cyclops light, and braun has an excellent new offering in that style of light as well... I know I'm a year late, there's probably a bunch more that have showed up since then... I've never used that snap on light though. Guess I can swing it... when they make a blue one! Lol

But my original comment lol, is that I agree, I still love my SO lights. But too recently discovered the lil cyclops and grabbed 3 up. I dig it

late question on the red snap on do the leds blink when charging, Friend lost his manual and noticed they dont blink

I’ve learned Matcos lights have never been great in my experience. Snap on lights are usually good and Cornwell lights are pretty good.

It is red for the snap on that look exactly like cyclops one the oval shape light had the red front on it

My opinion on that matco one is the best. But my friend has the snap on one and it sucks.dies quick the matco lasted way longer .

Maxium used to make lights for snap on if you remember they used to be all red

I have all 3 of those lights in the exact colors lol the snap on one sucks in my opinion the snap on last less then a hour the matco one last twice as long as the snap on the cyclops is a great light but it's not that durable mines broke after I got some brake fluid on it by accident
