here is every single remarkable moment from all the fandubs, both iconic and some new, edited to be as short and concise as possible, though if you havent already i still recommend you watch the full videos at SnapCube's channel.

Alfred is one of the best there at keeping a straight face while improving. I think he's cracked one time that I can think of, in the first half of the SA2 dub when he first holds a gun up to Amy. Maybe there's other times he's cracked but I can't think of any.

It is just mind boggling how Alfred made such an incredible and hilarious bit with the "Eggman's Announcement" IN ONE TAKE. Like, sure, he did have some preparation with the Hero story, but to make something that is now immortalized as a mainstay of meme culture in a single take... that gets mad props from me.

Not to mention, the plot is completely improvised. He most likely had no idea (Chase or Ryan I can't remember who voices Shadow in these) was going to say that he pissed on Eggman's wife.

It's fascinating to see how much not just their comedy has grown across all these dubs, but also their ability to improvise a story. The first one (while still hilarious) is sort of an amalgamation of various unconnected scenes that are all ultimately just: Sonic and co. cursing and smoking weed. But it seems like after the Eggman Pissing on the moon bit the team started to try and make each dub a cohesive connected story.

Y'know, I totally see this. As their talents grows with each dub. Though it's also funny that the SA2 dub was never intended to to be posted, it was just a test run since it was several member's first time improv-ing but Penny figured it was too funny not to air.

I was never into Sonic. I never played the games & still know very little about it & it's lore. But after watching these dubs, it really got me interested in Sonic & now it's another one added to my list of games I wish I grew up with. I know I would've loved Sonic as a kid. I recently rewatched the dubs and found myself binging Sonic videos & googling stuff about it. I'm falling in love with these characters now all because of these dubs. It's awesome!

I love how when Shadow says “thanks, I worked hard on it” after the you-are-what-you-eat joke, that was 100% Ryan being genuine, because he has worked on it. At least since the Sonic 06 dub, in fact. Only then, Mephiles interrupts him with “I DON’T know what they say and I don’t CARE what they say”. You can just hear what Ryan says but no one picks up on it
