About Southern Charm:
New relationships are forged alongside new resentments, but old habits die hard as these southern socialites grapple with shocking allegations that could fracture what were thought to be unbreakable bonds.
Fresh off a sabbatical in Australia, Shep has returned to Charleston and is ready to work on a friendship with Taylor, which proves difficult when he hears rumors about what she’s been up to while he was Down Under.
Taylor is still working through her breakup with Shep and has been leaning on best friend Olivia for support. When a potential hookup of hers is revealed, Taylor denies the allegations and is unapologetic about enjoying her single life.
Olivia has put Austen in the rearview as she explores the dating scene and focuses on her female friendships, but a confusing betrayal leaves her questioning whom she can truly trust.
After his hot-and-cold relationship with Olivia freezes over, Austen is left wondering why his romantic endeavors never work out. Now some of his closest friendships come into question when dating rumors start to surface.
The construction on Craig’s house is a work-in-progress, and so is his relationship status with Paige. Craig finds himself in dating limbo and is hoping for her to commit to a move down south.
Newly married Madison is settling into domestic bliss, with husband Brett splitting his time between Charleston and California. Though she is focused on mending friendships, she doesn’t suffer fools gladly and fires back at anyone who attempts to bring her down.
With a stable new beau in her life, Venita has left the feud with Madison in the past and is focused on new friendships with Olivia and Taylor. She’s not afraid to call out transgressions within the group and take sides if necessary.
JT is a successful southern eccentric with a loud personality. Buoyed by his professional prowesses, he’s looking for a partner to spend the rest of his life with and has a particular southern belle in mind.
Leva continues to be the voice of reason, providing a shoulder to lean on for the ladies and offering sage advice about the Holy City’s Peter Pans.
Rod is a staple in the Charleston social scene and a quintessential southern gent who has swept Olivia off her feet, regardless of who that might upset.
Rodrigo is an interior designer in a long-term relationship with boyfriend Tyler. He has been friends with the Charmers for many years and helps to keep them grounded.

I literally haven't watched one episode. All I do is fast forward through because every scene is about Austin kissing Taylor! And by the way, they were both single when it happened. However, I personally wouldn't have a friend like Austin who behaves so badly

I go back and forth on Leva, but she has been so sweet and a real friend to Olivia through the tragedy of losing her brother and the brouhaha with Taylor, it speaks volumes to the kind of person she is at her core.

He likes her because they spent time together over the summer. They are actually friends in real life. And she’s fun to be around and she’s nice and not a snob unlike Olivia. But Taylor already has a new boyfriend. It’s been a few years since she Shep broke up and it’s nice that JT is supportive of that that he knows how to be a real friend and not just a horny douche bag.

Exactly this cast is full of hypocrisy. They are ganging up on Taylor and Austen for kissing but Olivia dated Austen's friend Rod without consenting him first (Rod only informed Austen about it after he started dating her) and JT has been actively trying to make something happen with Taylor while he is Shep's friend and hasn't actually had a conversation with Shep about his wanting to start something with his ex.

They are friends, they are both in the same circle of friends and JT is well aware that Shep still has feelings for Taylor even if he doesn't want to get back with her. You can't have one set rules for one person and then another set for someone else!

Did you miss the first few episodes? First of all, she and Taylor have been broken up for over a year now I think when this started. And she spent the summer visiting JT in London. They are good friends and they have fun together. JT and Shep are not really friends in real life. Taylor‘s relationship with Shep was real but Olivia’s Relationship with Austin was scripted. They were really just kind of friends. She talks about it on a podcast. The producers pushed a storyline between her and Austin. Meanwhile, she was trying to be an actress in LA but wasn’t getting any jobs so she decided to do the show.

Guys react to this type of situation different than females. Once you break girl code, that’s a done deal.. Taylor lied to Olivia from day one, when Olivia asked her was something going on between her and Austin, and she lives right in Olivia face, and told her no and sweat on it. plus Olivia heard Taylor talking crap about her on the terrace in Jamaica, Olivia can’t no longer trust taylor again. I’m happy Olivia moved on and found a new guy.❤

out of all the RHW shows Southern Charm is my all time favorite. The woman and men are educated and actually have some class and grace. Although, they have similar issues that the adult woman of RHWBH, NJ, OC all have. These people seem to handle things with grace and class. I Love this show... Other than JT who has class and education, but seems to have a difficult time expressing himself. He also seems to be obsessed with Austin, and or jealous. Taylor is a beautiful, elegant classy lady, Shep is an Idiot, and a Narcist. I hope Taylor meets her person. I look forward to the show every Thursday. Thanks Slice...

I really dislike Taylor and, I feel sorry for her at the same time. The way she has treated Olivia is downright despicable. And, her disloyalty toward Shep in regards to Austin and Whitney is also awful. However, it's all coming from a place of serious pain and heartbreak over losing Shep. She's acting out of desperation. Horrible place to be stuck.

I totally understand why Olivia is mad, Taylor definitely broke the GGF code without question. If one of my Girlfriends even so much looks at a guy, he's OFF- LIMITS! However, I can't understand why Olivia is so emotional about it. She broke up with Austen last season, right ? Cause he was immature or something like that, so after the reunion, I need this wrapped up cause they're dragging this.

I don’t think Olivia cares about the kiss at this point. It’s the fact that Taylor continuously lied to her when she asked and decided to protect Austen vs caring about their friendship. Also Taylor not understanding the concept of just because you apologize doesn’t mean you have to be forgiven. Olivia is allowed to feel that way but then for Taylor to then turn around and take the apology back and say “I don’t regret anything. She wasn’t even with him” because she doesn’t get her desired response dismisses the whole apology and I truly think that’s the core issue

Because Bravo recasted almost all shows after 2020ish with people of color and none of them seem to be authentically connected to the original storyline or characters and some are just plain filler so that Bravo won't get blasted for not being diverse enough. if you remember a lot of companies and ads changed to fit the political atmosphere. are you american?@@nahhhbruhhh
