The fact that Bill's nametag says Santiago makes this sketch even more amazing and furthermore proof that this was the inspiration for Brooklyn Nine-Nine.

This came out a month before Brooklyn 99 premiered. It’s an Easter egg for Brooklyn 99, not the inspiration for it. They had finished filming the show before this skit was made.
