i drive a 2001 xj sport, and i swear to god i’m completely in love with it. it’s gorgeous, it’s retro(ish), it’s tough as NAILS, and it can get me anywhere i need to go, and do anything i need it to. reliability is a whole different story lol, but all around, ain’t nothing like driving a jeep!

I have a 99" Jeep XJ. She has almost 300K miles and still together lol. They dont make them like they use to. AMC straight-6 is by far the best motor ive used.

I wish XJs were in the game. I have owned 3 of them. The first one was built but got totaled. My other two are still stock but running like true champs.

I wish some of these cooler mods would be given less grip tbh. Nothing says unrealistic like a stockish pickup/suv having the grip to wade hood deep in mud on stock tires. Ruins most of these new mods

I believe this rig has multiple different types of tires with varying levels of grip so you can tailor your experience to what you want :)

Only problem with this keep is the suspension is hard/soft. So on impact it’s stiff asf and then slowly flexes. Very annoying and unsatisfying when trailing.

Another shitbox jeep. When will some of these modding clowns start making some real four wheel drives like the ones we have in Australia like the Patrol, LandCruiser, Hilux etc. Hell start making some proper off road capable road train trucks like the ones you see on outback truckers!

I can assure you, the XJ is just as much of a "real off-roader" as all of those. And that's coming from someone that wants to import a Patrol to the US someday!
