Just for clarification, Macao(the wizard with the fire in the flashback) is not his dad. That’s Romeo’s dad that we saw on episode 2 or 3. All we know about Natsu’s family is that he was raised by a dragon, one day he disappeared, then he eventually joined Fairy Tail as a kid. And that dragon that shows up when Natsu attacks is not his mother 😂

don't know if anyone's commented this yet but natsu actually means "summer" and kage means "shadow" in japanese! i think it's fun how they sometimes include character names that have to do with their magic 💕 (also just another little tid bit: igneel is natsu's adoptive father, not mother! and natsu called macao pops as a nickname because he views everyone in fairy tail as family! they're not actually blood related)

I'm so glad you guys are enjoying Fairy Tail and loving the characters already. That's the strong point of the show: the characters, -not only the MC, but also side characters and even the villains are so well done and multifaceted. What a shame that you had to alter the sound so much, I know it's meant to avoid copyright strikes, but I really love to hear the japanese VAs and the amazing music. 19:40 -- That was Macao, the guy Natsu saved in the episode 2. Also, speaking of parents, Igneel, the dragon which raised Natsu, was male, not female. I think Mirajane already said in the episode 2 that Natsu considered Igneel as his father.

Let alone rip Natsu apart. 32:05 As mentioned before with Plue - Lucy does have a limit when it comes to summoning. She has to abide to contract she mades with the spirits, which is only summoning them specific amount of times every month and only during specific days and hours. She can renegotiate the contracts, but not every spirits will commonly agree for that. Some powers may also be based on her strength itself - she obviously can't summon a lot of spirits, keep them a lot of time or switch too much, as every gate opening and summoning requires her magical power and she also keeps the spirits in the Earthland using her own "mana". We will see, however how that changes as series progresses, as Lucy gets stronger, becomes closer with her spirits and in general gets more keys. We already have seen that some spirits are less than cooperative - mainly Aquarius is always against doing anything for Lucy. 32:10 Nah, Bob is the best - Blue Pegasus's guild is a giant club. And they have some really cool members as well. Where as Fairy Tail probably has the best ale and beer - Blue Pegasus totally has the best drinks and wine. 36:45 They do mention they were on the same team here - but I feel like it's not implied enough that all of them were part of Fairy Tail. Goldmine and Bob, just left the guild to make their own. Other three unnamed members also left - and we will see them sooner or later. They were pretty solid team tbh. It kinda makes me wish that Mashima made a side prequel series just for them. 37:30 Also ending is finally not spoiling that Virgo will join Lucy, lol. 38:00 I would say - it has a lot really solid arcs waiting for you. Especially after some fixes, I would say every season has at least two good arcs. But 2014 and 2018 seasons do have slightly worse animation. Better modernised artstyle - matching evolving style of the author, but still kinda a downgrade of actual animation (aside maybe few important fights). So remember to not overhype yourself. We will see how 2024 season goes, crossing my fingers it will get at least part of the animation Dragon Cry movie got (it is important to mention that you may have improved animation - some episodes did get some help after blue ray release, common for a lot of series these days, so hopefully your streaming platform also have the better version). Also other thing that will be hitting soon - big filler arcs in this show are actually canonised in the manga, as author usually worked on them with the anime stuff and manga references them. And some one-off shorter anime-only episodes aren't usually the worst. I think Sour Taste when they reacted to it, actually didn't recognise which episodes were fillers and they enjoyed them, so potentially you may enjoy them as well, especially with how much you like the shoe (Natsu eats the village is I believe one of the filler episodes, so that will be a good test). 38:30 Nah, Makarov obviously was just reading inappropriate magazine in a woods and other masters were watching him from behind the trees.

From what I remember next episode is a filler, and not one of the good ones at that. If you keep going with 2 eps per video then beware on your next vid a whole lot of people will skip first half of it
