It’s not a glitch. It’s a wisp perk that the character had on their wisp. For me it’s easy to control with it so I like it

That's a perk that your Wispon has, if you want to speedrun stages. It's not a glitch.

It's just the perks are speeds you up when you land and slowed you down instantly, the combo doesn't work every good
