I enjoyed your presentation. First, a GENERAL warning to all, NONE of the BB 41mm watches are really suitable for wrists under 7 inches. The lug to lug and the case height are probably not going to suit you. That doesn’t mean it WON’T work.. just probably won’t work. It’s simple physics. You are better served with a 36 or 39mm case. Some Seikos that are 40mm plus have a super short lug to lug that can work fine on a smaller wrist, especially cases with an undercut. I’ve never heard of wrist fatigue unless, like you described, an Ill-fitted bracelet is in play. Bouncing, sliding or constricting can probably make you feel a 200gram (6oz) weight on the end of your wrist. Fit is paramount and I applaud uncle seiko for coming out with those half-links. Brilliant. And thanks for mentioning them. I think the BBGMT is an outstanding watch in its own right. I’d say that it’s probably my favorite watch in my rotation (always sneaking in to the lineup more than my other watches). I’m glad you found a good home for it. Keep up the good content.

I, ironically, just bought the 41mm GMT you sold. I have larger wrists and already own 2 other Tudor BBs on 41mm bracelets so your issues for me don't apply. Fortunately. Have to say, this is a brilliantly scripted review - I have subscribed and will look forward to watching your base grow, your photography improve (as you can afford better kit) but you have the head start in being a great writer. I find that the people that respect and hold on to their Tudors are those -like myself -that own several Rolexes. Those that dont own Rolexes and use the Tudor to scratch that itch always end up disappointed 🤷🏻‍♂️ I have this GMT and it gets more wrist time than my Subs and Datejust

Great video as always. Yeah I’ve heard about how chunky that watch is but it would be fine with my 7.5 inch wrist I’m sure. I’m going to hold out for a Breitling superocean though, that will be my luxury piece and at just under 5 grand Canadian it is attainable for me, will take a long time likely, but attainable, watches priced above that just aren’t a realistic option for me so I may consider a Tudor one day as they are in that price range too. And I do like this gmt. The one thing that has actually grown on me that I just didn’t like initially was the handset on the Tudor esp the snowflake hand, but I rather like it now, definitely has a character all its own. At 6-7/8” your wrist size is “up there”. However with the 14.5 mil thickness on the watch tips the scale a bit. A Pepsi GMT is always going to look good! Great show!

Good points, but I LOVE my Tudor GMT. Wouldn't trade it for any other GMT on the market today. I have several other GMTs but the Tudor has so much heritage, vintage appeal, classic good looks, functionality, and superb quality it is easy to over look the extra weight. Love mine, hope you find something that makes you equally as happy. PS Look at the bracelets by Forstner. They alleviate the weight, rivets, and sizing issues.

I can totally understand why some people find this too big & I have to say I'm a bit surprised that Tudor still haven't done one in the 58 case, on the point of the bracelet I actually really like the faux rivets & the overall fit & finish, I have tried my BB41 on various different straps & nothing that I've tried has stayed on the watch for more than half a day I think I'm a bracelet snob! haha. For me the 41mm case is right in my sweet spot my only real gripe I think is the thickness of the watch. All these things are however subjective as with any watch.

This weird sizing is EXACTLY my issue... ordered half-link, hope it will help... otherwise this watch is fantastic!!!!

Great production values in your videos dude. But you’ve spent an age praising a watch that you only kept for a few months. Seems like everyone sells their Tudors (perhaps the BB58 is the exception here). Tudor are essentially living proof that watch enthusiasts only dislike homages when they are affordable. I actually like some of Tudors watches, but the fact they purposefully make their pieces flawed (so as to not directly compete with big bro) means I’ll never spend the $3-4k they ask - it’s madness for a watch that could easily be perfect but never will be. Also pretty steep for a homage to be fair too.

5:04 wait till you see the Breitling SuperOcean 42 in person Miguel. I also have and love my Seiko watches. I also think they have the best lume in the market hands down... This was until I owned the superocean42 in blue. The lume on that watch is absolutely mental. When you get some time, stop by your AD Miguel. Especially if you're a lume fan, you've got to at least see it in person man! Use your phone's camera flash to light it up for a few secs. I promise you're in for a treat.

When a microbrand releases a watch almost 15mm thick and with a L2L of 50 it would instantly get slated. I for one after years of being in to watches am moving into slimmer smaller watches. It's a lovely watch but needs 3mm reduction on thickness and L2L

One of the 1st Tudors I ever tried on, was disappointed in how it felt, I tried it on the leather, I much prefered the Tudor BB41

My current daily is a Seiko SRP777. 14 mil thick and 47 lug to lug. I have no worries but I am also a wall of a man so I certainly don’t mind a large watch

I have the pelagos lhd, can't stand the fake rivets on some Tudors so would have to be on a strap. Then again I don't like the Cyclops on Rolex either , if you don't look straight on it ruins the lines/curves of the watch and as I have eyes I really don't think it's needed . I do prefer the snowflake hand to Rolex ones. Unless im in a formal suit i prefer a bigger/thicker watch for everydsy use including foing to work , my 42 pelagos wears no thicker and bigger than my 40mm sinn 756. It also gave me perfect excuse for needing a nomos too for the rare occasion i have to be fully suited

Man… if Tudor’s black bay pro was essentially a smaller version of the Pepsi in 39-40mm that would be fire! The indexes on the pro look painted on which is a deal breaker for me but they taper the heck out of the bracelet which is awesome and the clasp had its necessary upgrade. Does anyone know what the lug width is on the pro? I’m curious if a BB pro bracket would fit on Pepsi

Did you sell your GMT Pepsi? You could have bought an Uncle Seiko Jubilee Bracelet and used your Tudor Clasp. I have had mine for a little over 1 1/2 year and I put on the Jubilee Bracelet and I have to say it wears a lot better and more comfortable than the stock Tudor bracelet. Check out some videos on KZfaq. To with stock bracelet it’s not heavy, I guess I’m used to wearing heavy divers, like some Seiko Turtle for heavy use and takes a beating !!

You need a smaller watch. Try 40 mm instead of 42 mm. I have a 7 inch wrist and I have a Mido Ocean Star 44 mm and is just right. 54 mm watches (my Gshock steel) also fit on me but anything larger than that and I start to look like a new rich clown. 😂 ( Russian oligarch visiting Zurich)
