Hi! Today's video is snowboarding preseason strength training, focusing on snowboard mobility, strength, and jump training! We start off with a warm up for snowboarding, mobility exercises for snowboarding, plyometrics and jump training for snowboarding, then go into strength training with some power training for snowboarding, and then finish off with some cardio for snowboarding (hill sprints). It is a full body snowboard workout, with the goal being powerful strength, but there's also elements of balance training throughout the whole thing. Snowboard season is right around the corner, so I'm super pumped to share this workout with you. Lake Tahoe just got some fresh snow, meaning it's that time to kick your snowboarding training into gear! And then as always, you get to see our behind the scenes gym footage and gym training bloopers at the end haha I hope you guys enjoy!
