So tragically beautiful. The song, the story telling, the symbolism, the visuals, the acting .. it all flows together so perfectly to create this awe inspiring ride of emotion and feeling. I felt so much watching this.. it made my heart ache, race, skip a beat, and stop. This is more than just another music video. My cousin at 30 years old with a wife and 2 beautiful kids took his own life a month ago, and this song makes me think of so many things!! Why? How? Anger! Sadness! Love! Hope! I just hope that anyone going through hard times knows that it's not going to be hard forever! it may take a long time, or a little time but eveything passes, and things can get better!! Your an amazing musician!! Thank you!! :)

I didn’t realize I needed to hear someone tell me this til I heard this. Because it is getting so hard to deal with these thoughts and this is pointless to type but this video is helping me a lot to stay alive for now. No friends, no dad, thoughts of self harm and suicide. And so much therapy that it isn’t funny. This song reminds me of my friend who killed herself. She told her parents she was lesbian and her parents disowned her and left her because of her sexuality, she hung herself, losing someone that you cared about is really hard to dead with, We all miss you. See you on the other side Sydni😪😪

I know i have no right to tell you how to feel or what to do, but I know that (even if you don't think there is yet) there will be someone in your life, maybe now maybe in the future who would be broken by you taking you life, I don't even know you and it actually made me cry that that is how you see your future. If you feel like there is no safe way out and you have tried talking to someone, a professional then please... just try and stick it out for another hour, another day another week, another year. You will never know what good things you have infront of you if you stop forcing yourself to carry on xxx

Honestly, I have had a hard time with my life, and hearing this song has made me think back and forgive myself and others, and move on so I can try to see the beauty of life. I listen to this song more than I can admit. Life is the hardest thing I've ever had to endure. One can only stay strong so long. Your music helps me try, but I'm not living anymore, just suffering. There is no point in fighting to survive only to endlessly suffer. No point.

This hit me hard in the heart. I can relate to so many things that are represented by this song. Everyone is struggling with demons in their life and it's difficult to contain. We try to stay positive, to shut them out, to not be influenced by the darkness, but somehow it wiggles its way back to the surface of our mind. It's a parasite that just won't go away. It overwhelms us to the point where you just can't do it anymore. People tell us to stay strong but it's hard. You don't want to disappoint the people around you but at the same time you just don't care. In the end the darkness will consume you completely. I relate to this song and it's scary to think about but at the same time people need to know how we feel when it comes to this point. Sorry, I'm rambling again... I just wanted to say this... You're not alone

But because the song and the video relate to me so much. The kid being bullied, the collapsing family, and the suicide. It all hits home. Pretty hard. And it's beautiful. Please... Keep creating. I keep coming back to this....so beautiful, Richie. You have an innate understanding of mental health struggles that you have used to produce some really outstanding work. Your music... your interpretation... has captured me more than any other artist when it comes to depression and anxiety. You showcase it in all its raw and bitter intensity. You don't and won't let it hide in the shadows. You are a warrior....and I think you could be a great inspiration to any young person that deals with these demons on a daily basis, and also to others who perhaps can't quite understand what it really is to live under the cloud of insidious fear, desperation, and self-loathing. From an older warrior, thank you. I'm really, really glad you're back. I was worried that you wouldn't be. We need people like you, even if some people don't realise it and only focus on the superficial.

I’m not sure if I’m in love with the song yet I’ll have to give it a few more listens, but overall I think this is one of your most professional and high quality music videos, I’m not saying the others are not professional or high quality I think what I’m trying to get across is that this one stands out a lot with a different vibe in a way, it reaches out to me in a different way that a like, the other videos have this purple and black and white theme of your outfit and this video seems to be more lively? At he moment I guess I really don’t have words to describe how much I love this video I guess the best word is different but in a good way.

ive been in pain and misery for the last few years cause of a condition i have. I've been fighting like hell, and even now they are making things even harder by subtracting the very meds that have kept the pain under control. I've seen so many of my friends pass from this, and even thought for a moment that maybe.......as most feelings, it past and a new day dawned. I still suffer, but I'm getting transplant....and i fight to stay alive. I just cried with this song. Thank you for making it, and for everyone...take each day moment for moment. If days are too long, do hours....do minutes, do seconds....all things pass. If not, call someone....anyone ......you are not alone!

Feet dangling at the end? I get the artistic accept of it all. The young 18yr girl commited suicide and her friend is going through and living her pain. I get that no one has the right to have power over your life but seeing as your audience is primarily young and impressionable maybe not a great last two seconds of the video. The meaning is already implied before that scene so it wasn't nessecary as someone going through suicidal thoughts may look up to you ( as you mentioned before in a video when fans say "you saved my life" ) and missunderstand the true message of the song or the meaning of the flower and think you're saying it's ok to take control of yourself and your demons by hanging yourself. "See you soon" I have been a fan for 2 years Richie and I absolutely love how you've grown artistically. You truly are talented (just not in relationships lol) and I am so happy for you seeing as your channel is growing, but with that being said, you as a KZfaq artist, can't control who subscribes so all I'm saying is unlike a show/tour where one may have to be an adult to get in, the KZfaq audience is different. You yourself have experienced suicidal thoughts as many have. I have been struggling with it for a very long time and when I was a teen, I tried to take my life. As a teen, my heros were my favorite music artists. So, maybe a follow up video about this music video for all the audience members who may be triggered by this and who misinterpreted the song.

Rachael S. So he should change his music video and his idea because a younger audience might see it? Is there something wrong with making a somewhat younger viewer predisposed to a topic as important as this? To some it might open up a dialogue with their parents or older siblings or as i have seen in many comments so far people are relating to it and are opening up. I get that some people may not appreciate the final scene but it is a reality. And to ask someone to ommit a certain part like that just because of younger viewers or those that might be sensitive to it is like you are trying to push the topic under the rug. He is known for doing graphic topics like this and having some severe imagery in pretty much all his videos.

lil Oddity True and I do agree with most everything you're saying. I guess I was a little sensitive to it because he had a fan kill herself. Not saying it was his fault at all but he did post a video about the fan who visited him and then killed herself. He will not change his videos for me, you, or anyone else no matter what I say lol. My message was more geared to someone who is reading the comments who might have been triggered. Richie will never read my comment and if he did, it wouldn't phase him in the least and I knew that.
