Ingredients: (2x450g bread tin, size 14x13x13cm)
500g bread flour
80g sugar
7g salt
25g powdered milk
7g instant dry yeast (sugar-tolerant)
45g egg liquid
260g water
50g unsalted butter
Preheat the oven to 180C
Place the bread tin on the lower rack and bake for 35 minutes
