I am always amazed at how frequently I still get these questions!
What is whip/forearm fire/internal rotation?
What is hello elbow?
What are the benefits of whip vs hello elbow?

Hockey players usually don't shoot with internal rotation of the elbow....but you are 99.6% right :)

I used to call the Hello Elbow "The Snap" or Elbow snap

I'm still transforming from hello elbow to whip and I got the extended arm part at the end but it looks like I'm snapping up and then changing my arm down from the extended version and it's very visable. How do I make it looks smoothly controlled and transitioned? I can send u a video on email if needed?

This is the Jennie Finch Pro Pitching mat. There are other good ones too, all turf mats make good ones as well

i’m having bicep pain when i pitch, how can i fix that?

Bicep pain is a common issue seen with hello elbow deliveries, but I'd have to see a video to know exactly what's causing it

Cheri Kempf, former Commissioner of the Professional Fastpitch League, in her book says the proper hand position going into the snap is not palm up. It's actually palm out, as if holding a cup. The palm up position is rather uncomfortable I would argue, but palm out appears to work very well also. Perhaps there's more than 1 way to throw a fastball. Don't confuse people by saying so many others who don't do it your way are "wrong". Who taught Jordy "wrong" on her follow through? kzfaq.infoN7PwlR_OFD8

You did not explain the "Hello Elbow" correctly. The "whip" or "forearm fire" as you call it creates more of a risk for injury. The best softball pitchers of all time use what you call "hello elbow" but they do it correctly.
