Honestly Blender is such a bizarre software for 2D I would recommend just watching the whole thing.
No hotkeys for blender cause grease pencil doesn’t have anything that you need hot keyd (it sucks)

You can extend exposures by clicking S when your cursor is on the first keyframe (to ‘scale’ the timeline, its smooth brain logic).
