It's great that you have a sponsor but Betterhelp is a very bad one, especially for the users. They have previously sold data of their users without consent and have poor controls on who is actually able to be a 'therapist' leading to people with questionable views being placed to give vulnerable people advice.

Nice chill onsen town visit. Sad to see you're taking a BetterHelp sponsorship though. It's come to light that their services are not as confidential as you might think and some of the people they market as therapists aren't actually licensed somewhere. While better mental health for all is something we should want, it should not come at the cost of your privacy!

Yes, you're right. In western societies it's quite normal to care for your mental just as for your physical health. It has become normal to talk with your family, friends, coworkers or even your boss about mental health issues. (Your company needs healthy and productive workers so it should be interested in caring for you) I heard that this seems to be a bit difficult in Japan.

Your 7-Eleven's are WAY cooler than ours! I love the separate bus room, wish we had those for FlixBus lol. And my dream is to visit an onsen. It’s not the camera it’s the amount of data you have to manage. A few days of filming like that runs into 100’s of GB’s very fast.
