It is so wonderful when you can recall a moment that had an impact on your life. A moment when something clicked in your head and then you decided to change something in your life. One such moment for me was when I watched The Minimalists documentary on Netflix. I wasn't always the simplest guy, I had a lot of money a lot of cars, a lot of toys and a lot of stupid things and then I watched the documentary, and I realised how much I was wasting my life actually. Not in work but in how much those things I allowed into my life drained me. The documentary was followed by a massive impact, almost a movement that changed the lives of millions of people.
The Minimalists are a trio of like-minded people helping others achieve a happier lifestyle by removing the unnecessary items that may clutter up their lives. Original members Joshua Fields Millburn and Ryan Nicodemus were joined by T.K. Coleman in 2022. Together they host a podcast The Minimalists, one of the most popular in the world and has reached more than 100 million downloads.

Your videos/podcasts and posts never disappoint. Thank you. I had heard of the Minimalist Documentary but for some reason associated it with the trendy "minimalist" the white sofa in a large expanse of white space with nothing anywhere in the room. I will watch the documentary now and hope it will allow me the freedom to take some of my items that I am holding on to (but getting heavier everyday) and share them with people who may really need them.

Hey Mo, I only just heard yours & Ali's story today. So after a genuine tear or 2 I thought I'd write this to you. I got appendicitis years ago (it had ruptured) but for the fact that I had access to our unique Biopolymer which I was drinking and for the 1st time it wasn't solving the symptoms. The doctors original diagnosis was that it couldn't be appendicitis because i didn't have all the fever etc that comes with the infection. They obviously operated and saved me but the surgeon came to me the next day questioning why i was so unusual, almost not smell etc etc and i mentioned the cause but they barely believed me I guess, but the surgeon did say "wow this would be amazing for gastrointestinal surgery "(infection is the big monster). If there's a way we could further that so the Ali's of this world and our future get a better safer tool-set when they're in the operating rooms I'd do so for free if that was even possible! just let me know if that's something interesting for you....

I’ve started the minimalist journey since the Covid. All of a sudden I started questioning the meaning of yearning for more and more money. Hopefully, Life events haphazardly brought me to live in an old farmhouse not knowing anything about gardening or herd keeping. Thanks to internet, I dived into learning about permaculture cob housing and minimalism. I think these concepts are tightly connected since they all imply living SIMPLY and Healthily. All in all being minimalist means ,to me , to free ourselves from the chains of the consumerist society that enslaved us and trapped us in a meaningless life.
