hi friends ♡ i had to suddenly travel home, so i wanted to show wales to you ! i was very upset (clearly) for most of my time at home, but things got better towards the end. i didn't want to make a depressing video, but there were a lot of other things on my mind when i filmed this - sorry if it's a bit sad . I got to spend a lot of time with family and went on a 10 mile walk on my last day before heading back to uni !
p.s i'm going to try and upload twice a week for a little bit, since my december schedule is very empty ! normal uni video will be up on saturday (:

I’m so greatful for this video. My cat passed away last week, she was with us for 8 years and she was like my baby. I didn’t get to say goodbye to her properly because I was away at uni, but it hurts so much to lose animals, because they are like your child and your best friend. Sending so much love to you and I hope we can somehow get through this🤍🤍

just watched this video and i think it’s amazing your point of view of the life, and the fact that you give space to feel sad and not fine all the time but also you always look positively like when you said the things you were grateful for (also im gonna try to be more grateful for the things i have and im gonna remember to remind myself of these things because of you, so thank you) and also seeing beauty in life despite all the loss. like, this is truly humanity. i really love your videos, i know it isn’t therapy, but seeing honesty really helps me, also i feel a little the same cause im in uni too, so yeah. sorry for your loss :/

my dog passed away earlier this year during finals season, it was a very stressful time. she was only 4 years old and died of a tumor :( it was one of the saddest moments of my life and i understand fully what you're going through. i find you very inspiring and i'm grateful i found your channel

I hope you will find strength in the things that you love again. I know life is hard sometimes, but eventually everything always ends okay. Losing someone who you loved is really heartbreaking, i don't even know what to say. I just hope that everything will change for the better in your life

Hi Leah! I've only just found your channel so I'm a tad late but I just wanted to say I love your videos so much (i'm trying to get through them all haha) and thank you so much for showing this side of academia. I'm also a third year bio student and the end of semester 1/this semester has been really rough and I see so many people enjoying their degree and romanticising it I feel super alone in my sadness sometimes... so it's nice to not feel so alone and that it's ok to be sad

Even though we are far away, the bond that a person establishes inside is different. When you cried, I cried too. Two weeks ago I also said goodbye to my dog… we were best friends for 12 years ❤ She wasn’t that old but unknown disease took her, she was suffering a lot from it (almost a year) but we still had a great time this summer outdoors. I believe that our dogs were happy with us. I wish you get better!! Thank you for the video, it was great!
