Jesus Christ is the only way to be fulfilled. I'm writing this as I just had an encounter with Jesus the Almighty God. I was being tempted by demonic forces. I fell into temptation, and I ran away from the Lord. This hasn't been the first time. I have been on a on and off cycle which seemed to be an endless. But today, I feel called to share this testimony. I watched a video which really opened my eyes while I was still "hiding" from God. It touched my soul to the point that I fell on my knees right away, and begged for forgiveness and guidance. This was beyond anyother feeling I've felt while repenting. This one felt true. I had been like mad at God for being dumped by my this girl I was talking to. So this was a way to be tempted by evil demonic forces. I would get intrusive thoughts, and I kept trying to solve this feeling of being dumped on worldly things. And let me tell you, it only makes it worse. If you're someone who is not sure if you're saved, or if you are saved, but have been going through these on and off cycles such as porn, or secular music(which are other cycles I've been having a difficult time with) I want you to call upon the name of the Lord Jesus Christ. He is the way, the truth, and the life. If you don't know what to do, I want you to get on your knees, and pray this prayer with your heart: Jesus, I believe you died on the cross for my sins, and was ressurected on the third day. I believe you came to the Earth, to pay for our sins. Thank you for dieing on the cross for my sins, in Your Name, I pray, amen. I don't know who is reading this, but if you ever fill an empty whole, which cannot be fulfilled, the only way to fulfill is by Jesus. When you turn your back on Jesus, you seek everything other then him. All worldly things, will never fill that hole. God Bless Yall! ❤

😎Huge Tip for 30 more Free Reps 😎These world records are very impressive, congratulation to the athlete! And ❤ I am sure he can beat it again (please make sure he reads it!). If he was barefoot (is it allowed ? 💡*1) he would save about 600 grams and more importantly he would need to stand vertically 3 less centimeters (about the thickness of the sole), so on about 1000 repetitions, 3cm becomes 3000 cm = 30 m, so energetically he would save the equivalent of climbing a 30 meters building, knowing each repetition lifts his gravity center about one meter above the laying down position, he would theoretically be able to do ❤ 30 more reps with the same energy! Not bad I thought less saved reps saved before doing the math! Even more if he was using a dynamic T-shirt, like the ones they use for records with chess press, so the elasticity of the TR-shirt or full shirt would store energy and help for the push-up part, but I am almost sure it would not be allowed because of the stored energy parameter, or it could be a different category, anyway it would be interesting to know how many more its possible to do! By the way going on for one hour is very exhausting and endurance trial with gears would be more efficient to tune up the gears on just 10 minutes trials. All the best !! Cool Paradigms 😎 💡(*1) Otherwise a very thin sole (about 1mm thick) and light, less than 50 grams is possible!

☀ It's really an amazing record, 1053 reps, with a 1 meter elevation each times, its about what running athletes do when running up-hill (1000 - 1200 m/hour) excepts that in this case about half of the work load is done with arms and abs and the going down part is inside the package too + the moves need to be done with maximum concentration to fit the rules, very impressive!
