In this tutorial I will break up the kip-up and teach you how to learn the kip-up. The kip-up is an awesome acrobatic skill by itself, but it also a great deal of carry over to other acrobatic skills, such as the bar kip, or front handspring variations and much more. To me, the kip-up is a fundamental acrobatic skill that should be emphasised early on.
