Japanese military marches do have a nice unique tune to them (at least in my opinion). I can't really quite explain it but Japanese marches feel a bit different compared to the marching music of other nations.

A very obscure mistake in your translation: つわもの (tsuwamono), which you translated to "strong one" in the song's chorus is an obscure way to say "soldier". It's not really a part of the modern Japanese vocabulary and if you ever use that word over 兵士 (soldier) or 軍人 (military personnel), you're probably a historian. I wouldn't even expect actual Japanese speakers to get that right

doesn't "mono" by itself mean object too? Strange how you would literally translate this as "strong object"

@@nob4076 It also translates to Mono as in "者" which does mean person. "者" and "人" are interchangeable most of the time but "人" is more common in modern Japanese.
