After Cameron Boyce died the majority of the main cast refused to do another live action movie since they felt it wouldnt be right without him as Carlos. Thats why they made Mal and Ben's wedding an animated one. So only China Anne McClain and the actress who played Fairy Godmother are going to be in the fourth movie from the original cast.

I absolutely loved that it was Mal, Evie, Carlos, and Jay walking toward Uma, Celia, Harry, and Gil to bring them over because they were the very first villian kids to go to Auradon in the first movie. Full circle moment.

Uma’s (China Anne McClain) face was a combination of emotions - she was shocked at the barrier coming down, but also happy, and kinda just a relief like finally she got what she wanted. Also Thomas Doherty (who played Harry Hook) was in Legacies and played a vampire - literally such a great role for him. Not a musical obviously though the cast can sing they did a musical episode with great music but Thomas Doherty wasn’t in it.

Sofia Carson and Sabrina Carpenter have a movie together called 'Adventures in Babysitting' it came out in 2016 and they sing a song called 'Wildside', and there is also a rap battle in the movie. I don't know if that is something you'd be interested in reacting to but I thought I'd throw it out there.

This might be my favorite group number. I get chills every time. The choreo is just so good and everyone is on their A game. Descendants 4 will be an entirely new cast except China Anne McClain who plays Uma. But they did get Dara Renee who plays Kourtney on HSMTMTS AND Brandy and Paolo Montalban are returning as Cinderella and Prince Christopher! RIP Cameron Boyce.

OMG, if you love Thomas DOherty you have to know that he is the male protagonist (sort of) on "High Strung: Free dance". You are gonna love it. Actually, on this same franquise, the first movie "High Strung", the male progonist is Nicholas Galitzine, the actor from Purple Hearts. Both are great movies and I highly recommend them

The new descendant is called Descendant: The Rise of Red it’s Follows Red, daughter of the Queen Of Heart, and Chloe, daughter of Cinderella, as they team up to save Auradon by travelling back in time using the White Rabbit’s pocket watch, to stop a event that would cause grave consequences

Unfortunately the original core 4 VKs won’t be returning as their characters had reached their conclusion in Descendants: A Royal Wedding. China Anne McClain will be returning as Uma. Joining her will be Kylie Cantrall as Red the daughter of the Queen of Hearts and Dara Reneé as Ulyana the sister of Ursula and aunt of Uma. They both had performed in Descendants Remix Dance Party.

None of the original cast is going to be in descendants 4 other then China Anne McLain who plays Uma. They have a new director and are filming in Atlanta Georgia instead of Vancouver Island BC, Canada. Cameron Boyce plays Carlos who you referred too as the Dalmatian moms son not Booboo Stewart. what is instresting is that in kenny ortega's films in the final song if they are duos dancing those are the romantic interest so t the end you see mal and ben, carlos and jane, evie and doug , uma and harry, chad and audrey ; and the one pair that i find more relevant jay and gail , wich means that there was sometnig there , IT WAS GAY, QUE VIVAN LOS NOVIOS

In Descendants 4 China and the actlr for the fairy godmother from the OG are returning and there will be new characters including two actors from Rodgers and Hamilton Brandy Cinderella (1997) Brandy and Paolo Montalban as there og characters from the movie in which there was alot of iconic actors in the cinderella movie like the late Whitney Houston, Bernette Peters, late Natalie desselle reid and Whoopi Goldberg, and follow on the two new characters the daughter of Cinderella and Prince Charming and her best friend

@@lilachodan4941 it’s time to meet some new characters who haven’t had their stories told yet that deserve to It’s a huge world with thousands of stories waiting to be told Why limit themselves There is more to that world then them 99% of the world is unexplored and I want all of it explored I wanna see descendants movies set in Olympus and neverland and arendelle etc There is so much creative potential there They can do a new story and still call it d4 think about it like the mcu D1-the wedding was phase 1 D4 is the beginning of phase 2. “With a captivating script and Jennifer Phang’s directorial vision, we’re setting a new high bar of creativity and imagination, with a movie that ups the ante on story, song and dance to entertain young viewers, their families, and the global fan base that grew up with the aspirational story of ‘Descendants It’s not a spin off it’s just the next chapter we are moving on beginning of a new story still a sequel tho continues what the past set up it still ties into the previous movies in some ways
