"It's Goin' Down" is a really great song, but my favorite is "Chillin Like A Villain", the way it's performed as Evie, Jay and Carlos try to teach Ben how to walk around the Isle of the Lost with VK swagger.

The actor who plays Ben was dubbed by a different singer during the first movie (because he couldn't make the song at the time, he just couldn't sing it). He took singing classes and got better for the second movie. What you're laughing at is his voice, not auto tune as they don't really use auto tune since the problem with Beauty and the Beast. IT's the fact that it was recorded in a different place what makes you notice a difference and even then, it doesn't justify the laughing. Kenny Ortega wouldn't use auto tune. Ever.
