Beyoncé’s father was extremely tough in training her. She had to sing while running on the treadmill. She is used to controlling her breath while pushing her body to its limits. That’s why she can do it like she does on stage with live vocals.

You should really watch more of her music videos. They would give you more context to her performances since they mimic the music videos. Also just more of her discography as a whole.
