I'm not like a super fan who thinks Beyoncé can't get tired - of course she can and probably was in this moment. However, the vocal fry in the song that prompted her to say Bey's voice was fatigued is intentional and is present in every version/performance of the song. There'd be no reason for a reactor whoo doesn't know the song to know that, so the comment makes sense. It also makes sense for me to point out that the vocal fry she commented on was intended.
